Went to #1 Cochran for the first time for service, everyone was super helpful and nice and the service was done quick and correct and I even got a free car wash 🙂 will definitely go back and recommend them!!!!

We recently purchased a 2018 Kia Optima S that was used with about 1800 miles on it. We have been looking for a newer used vehicle and we got a Great price and Great service which made it hard to pass up! Everyone at the Dealership was friendly and very easy to work with during the buying process. Shortly after the purchase we were notified of a recall for a software update. I easily scheduled an appointment that was convenient for me and waited for the service to be completed. They finished in less time than the estimated wait and got me on my way with a freshly washed car!! Overall we had a Fantastic experience the Kia dealership of Robinson.

We went to the Kia lot to look for something very specific and knew what we were looking for. When we arrived we met Sam, the sales person. Let me start by saying he was awesome! From the start he was very personable and we loved his personality. We came there with a certain mindset and he handled us beautifully and with respect. We let him know that we had other cars in mind on other lots that we wanted to see, he understood completely, told us that it was good to have options and to explore them to see what we like, did not push us but let us know that he was there for us and will help in any way he could. We interacted with 4 other sales people at other lots and our experience was no where near how we felt with Sam. Those other people made us feel like we didn't even want to be there at their lots and pushed us back to the Kia lot to work with Sam. Now to get to the terrible issue we had. The paperwork was signed and the CPO Kia Sorento was mine. We got it home and a check engine light came on. We called and Sam personally drove a brand new 2019 Kia Sorento 25 minutes away to the restaurant we were at to take care of the situation. He left the 2019 for me and they took mine to be looked at. The next day they called to tell us that the part was being shipped overnight and would be taken care of. I understand that things happen and I was VERY upset but the way that everything was handled made me feel better and happy. This was my 12 anniversary present and I'm excited to pick it up. Thank you Sam.
